- Includes design, development, and basic setup only
- Does not include: domain registration, hosting fees, premium plugins, ongoing maintenance, or content creation beyond initial setup
- Website must be completed within 60 days of winner notification
- Winner must respond within 7 days of notification or prize will be forfeited

- Built on WordPress platform
- Up to 10 pages for business/blog sites
- Up to 25 products for e-commerce sites
- Standard features and functionality (custom requests subject to approval)
- Winner must provide all content, images, and branding materials
Ownership and Rights:
- Winner retains full ownership of completed website
- Winner responsible for domain registration and hosting costs
